Job description

Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the cleaning of the entire Facility, correcting situations of possible accident and injury to associates and patrons.
• Responsible for the daily pickup of garbage in the facility, grounds, and restrooms.
• Maintain daily documentation of cleaning and replenishing of paper products and soaps of all restrooms.
• Maintain organized and clean workspace.
• Replenish all cleaning and product supplies.
• Clean and service equipment.
• Clean and maintain all public areas.
• Clean casino machines and chairs.
• Responsible in reporting all maintenance issues to the maintenance manager.
• Adheres to all company's policies and procedures.
• Good customer service and verbal skills.
• Keep all fire exits clear.
• Must Role Model Company guest service program.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalency degree preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
Other:
• Able to lift and carry up to thirty pounds frequently
• Requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing and pulling.
• Use of ladder and step stool.
• Standing and walking minimum of an eight hour shift.
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to hazardous materials when responding to spills or suspicious
• Substance calls.
• Gaming environment - noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
• Weekends, Holidays and swing shift work may be required.
