Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc, a 44-year-old Professional Search and Recruiting Firm, has exclusively partnered with a Dayton, Ohio client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Engineering Manager opening.

This company is about to "explode" in business due to bringing manufacturing back to the United States for commercial and government products.

Must Haves
  • Engineering Degree or at least a long history of engineering design with Custom Machines
  • Custom Machine Design experience (either as an EE and Controls Engineering or an ME and Mechanical Engineering)
  • Lead and/or Management experience
  • Will be a working manager, about 70% people leadership, project oversight, scheduling and customer interface with about 30% as an individual contributor.

This client is looking for someone with a proven track record of being a dependable teammate who understands grinding through hard work.
