Summary:
Kapur is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Burlington office as a Construction Engineer. This position has strong opportunities for growth and advancement as we continue to expand. We encourage highly motivated engineers or technicians that have a strong interest in advancing in transportation engineering and construction inspection to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Take a leadership role in managing construction projects.
  • Establish strong relationships with local municipalities.
  • Conduct construction oversight and inspection.
  • Perform materials testing and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct field measurements to monitor progress and quality.
  • Complete construction closeout documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent relevant construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong knowledge of roadway and utility construction projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead and communicate effectively with project teams.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
