Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter integration solutions across enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Own end-to-end integration architecture involving Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, Guidevendor systems, financial systems, and external service providers.
Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to solution architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Drive requirements analysis, solution design, effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
Design and develop REST/SOAP services, messaging integrations, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations, and Integration Gateway solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between Guidewire ClaimCenter and cloud/on-premise enterprise applications while maintaining performance, scalability, and security standards.
Lead code reviews, technical design reviews, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, code quality checks, and DevSecOps practices.
Support Guidewire Cloud implementation and migration initiatives, including modernization of legacy integrations and services.
Mentor and guide development teams on Guidewire best practices, integration frameworks, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture standards.
Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of releases and production deployments.
Participate in client discussions, architecture governance forums, and technical leadership meetings, providing strategic recommendations and solution direction
8+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
5+ years of Guidewire Integration experience
Strong experience in Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite
Guidewire ACE / Associate Developer Certification preferred
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience
Experience with Claims lifecycle, FNOL, Exposure, Financials, WorkPlans, Activities, and Vendor integrations
Guidewire Cloud Platform experience
