Job Summary
Provides direction for production employees and lead operators. Must be able to effectively assign duties, coach and develop employee's abilities. Able to plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. Standard work week is 40 hours a week with occasional overtime, and occasional travel up to 10% to other plants for training and support.
