Key Responsibilities
  • Support Delta Electronics US New Product Introduction (NPI) First Article Reviews through testing, documenting and tracking NPI first article status during product development
  • Support DEUS Sales/Technical Support with field product training, occasional travel required
  • Manage 3rd party product testing, starting at the scope of work, witness testing, and review/sign off of test results
  • Set up and run in-house product testing based on applicable industry standards
  • Analyze data for trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Engineering escalation path for unresolved issues from our Technical Support Team
  • Coordinate with contractors for bi-annual test equipment calibration and maintenance
  • Create, review, and update installation manuals and technical reference materials
  • Train the Technical Support team on new product releases
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or related discipline
  • Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting experience to safely work on battery-backed DC power systems
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand a customer's needs and to look for answers and determine a solution. Then, work together with hardware and software engineers to develop the product changes.
  • Ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders, and make sure all deliverables are met
  • Quick learner and flexible to adopt of company's working culture and processes
  • Associate degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or related discipline
  • Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting experience to safely work on battery-backed DC power systems
