Job Description:

Product EngineeringEquipment Technician

Job Requirements

  • Wafer probe setup, including the loading and testing of wafers

  • Visual inspection and ATE testing of packaged semiconductor ICs (both hand test and handler operation)

  • Bench testing of semiconductor ICs in support of product characterization

  • Basic bring-up and debug of ATE hardware

  • Ability to solder discrete small body devices and assemble electrical testing cables and hardware

  • Keep labs clean, organized, and well stocked

  • Ship and receive parts to/from domestic and overseas company sites.

  • Good organizational and communication skills, including the ability to multi-task and provide regular status updates

  • Flexibility to occasionally work overtime to support schedule acceleration

  • This position will have non-traditional working hours such as 2nd or mid-day shift.

Education & Experience requirements

  • Associate's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related) is required

  • 8+ years of experience preferred

  • Familiarity with MS Office environment since often required to email or create/update documents

  • Fast Learner and Self-Starter
