About Acron Aviation (Avionics – Displays):

Acron Aviation designs, engineers, and manufactures certified avionics systems that support safety-critical flight operations across commercial and military aviation. Within Avionics, the Displays product line develops and sustains advanced cockpit display systems that provide pilots with the critical information needed to navigate, monitor aircraft systems, and make informed decisions in complex operating environments. Our portfolio includes primary flight displays, multi-function displays, engine indication and crew alerting systems (EICAS), mission displays, and integrated cockpit visualization solutions deployed across commercial, military, and rotorcraft platforms. This work is performed in highly regulated environments and demands deep expertise in avionics systems, hardware and software development, human factors engineering, certification, and safety-critical product design.

Associate, Electrical Engineer – Displays

Position Summary

As an Associate Electrical Engineer within the Displays product line you will support the development of advanced cockpit display systems for commercial, military, and rotorcraft aircraft. This responsibility spans concept generation, design, qualification, certification, and lifecycle management of mission-critical avionics display products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, as well as operations and manufacturing, to develop and deliver innovative flight deck solutions that enhance pilot situational awareness and operational effectiveness.
In this role, you will support senior engineers in performing technical analysis, requirements development, documentation, hands-on testing, and simulation activities while contributing to electronic circuit design, display hardware development, system integration, and product improvement initiatives. You will gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle while working in a highly regulated environment focused on safety, quality, reliability, and certification compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, analyze, and support digital, analog, and power circuitry for advanced avionics display systems.
  • Design, analyze, and test circuits incorporating microprocessors, memory, graphics processors, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, PCIe, LVDS, DisplayPort, and other high-speed display and avionics interfaces.
  • Support the integration of display electronics, backlighting systems, video processing hardware, and cockpit display assemblies.
  • Support production and resolve factory-related issues impacting assigned display products.
