Fortune is seeking an Associate Production Editor to help publish and optimize our portfolio of newsletters; amplify Fortune's work; and build audiences on and off platform. This cross-functional editorial role: ensures newsletters publish on Fortune.com and are delivered to subscribers' inboxes reliably and free of errors; involves writing copy for newsletters and social media daily; and uses performance data to inform decisions. • Manage the newsletter production schedule, and coordinate deliverables across editorial, marketing, and sales.
• Partner with editors and marketing on major initiatives (e.g., Fortune 500, Most Powerful Women, Davos coverage, video shows/podcasts), shaping how content is represented across newsletters and digital platforms.
• Assist with writing and scheduling social media posts and Pushly push notifications as needed, and support content publishing across platforms.
• Monitor and help manage Fortune's presence across Reddit communities as needed, identifying trending conversations and opportunities to share Fortune content.

• Create and adapt newsletter templates in WordPress and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and communicate necessary workflow changes.
• Troubleshoot errors and escalate technical issues.
• Flex into other digital production and coordination tasks. These may include building Fortune lists, assisting staff with WordPress questions, or clarifying details about publication dates.

• Familiarity with newsletter analytics and basic HTML is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and platforms like Sprout Social is a plus.
Salary: $68,000 to $80,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and may ultimately vary based on a number of relevant factors.
