As a full-time Marketing Strategy Associate Manager, you will support the development and implementation of all marketing strategies for Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons. You will work as part of the marketing team to help drive consumer demand, customer engagement, and business growth through strategic storytelling, content development, commercial ideation, and sales support. Responsibilities will include leading content and messaging strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints, including social media, editorial, paid media, and sales support tools & materials, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the consumer journey from inspiration to conversion.

Working as part of the marketing team, you will partner closely with sales, PR, creative, digital, and other internal and external teams to develop integrated communication plans, lead content development, support campaign execution, and optimize performance leveraging data-driven insights.

This role is based in Celebration, FL reports to the Manager, Marketing Strategy.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy/Brand Management

- Support brand strategies for the portfolio, managing key relationships with all internal partners (i.e., PR, Sales, Retail, DLR, etc.)

- Contribute to the creation of influencer marketing strategies by identifying opportunities, establishing communication priorities, and supporting execution

- Support paid media campaign planning through messaging strategy development, creative input, and reporting, while maximizing lead generation

- Assist with ongoing reporting of key performance metrics for critical marketing initiatives

Content Management & Social Media Curation

- Develop and execute monthly content calendars across social platforms, ensuring integrated storytelling and consistent brand voice

- Lead the creation, editing, and approval of content, including blogs, social media, CRM messaging, and sales-support materials

- Manage collaboration with internal and external partners for content production, overseeing creative feedback and timelines

- Support community management and consumer engagement across social channels

- Assist with photo and video shoots across destinations and support content capture aligned with business and brand needs

Business Development & Sales Support

- Assist in developing sales strategies and tools that are easily accessible and instrumental in supporting the sales and planning process, driving higher conversion and improving client satisfaction

- Ensure accuracy through copy proofing and attention to detail

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in marketing strategy, communications, content strategy, digital marketing, and/or brand marketing

- Experience developing content and communication strategies across multiple channels, including social media, editorial, paid media, website, and/or sales support

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners

- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in weddings, hospitality, travel, luxury, lifestyle or destination marketing

- Experience creating content that supports lead generation, conversion, and sales enablement

- Experience overseeing or supporting content creation, photo/video shoots, and creative production

- Experience using performance reporting and insights to inform strategy

- Familiarity with paid media creative strategy and reporting

Preferred Education

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position based in Celebration, FL is $91,000.00-$121,900.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
