Production Operator / Delivery Driver

ARC | Riot is seeking a Production Operator / Delivery Driver to join our team. Exciting Things You Get to Do
  • Estimate time and media requirements; notify the production manager and/or client of any requests that cannot be met and provide recommendations.

  • Operate and maintain printers, scanners, and finishing equipment.

  • Maintain inventory of media, substrates, ink, toner, bindery, and finishing supplies.

  • Perform quality control checks on printed and finished materials to meet our high standards.

  • Package completed projects for Will‑Call, Delivery, or Shipping.

  • Safely load, transport, and deliver orders to customer locations.

  • Organize the work area to maximize productivity.

  • Work overtime when necessary to meet client expectations.

  • Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Skills You bring to the Job
  • Strong communication skills with customers and co‑workers.

  • Tech‑savvy and able to navigate new and legacy software with minimal training.

  • Basic math and measurement skills (metric and standard).

  • Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment used in digital color printing.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carefully maneuver prints, media, and substrates without damage.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task while maintaining quality and accuracy.

  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a desire to learn new skills and equipment.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Associate of Arts degree in Graphic/Production Design or 2+ years of equivalent experience in the color reprographics field using design and file/print editing software.

  • Digital printing industry experience.
