Total Rewards

As a VCA Associate, eligible full‑time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:

  • Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $140 - $165K. The salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week. This position also includes MD stipend (paid bi‑weekly) and a yearly bonus.
