About the Role:
Forward Thinking Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Amazon XL (AMZL) delivery team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Cargo Vans, CDV, and Step Vans on assigned routes.

  • Perform in-home deliveries and place items in customer-designated areas.

  •  Use Amazon technology for navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmations.

  •  Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
     
  • Follow all DOT, company, and Amazon safety standards.
     
  •  Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
     
  •  Work closely with a helper to ensure safe handling of heavy items.

    Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday, and/or weekend

    Qualifications

    Driver Requirements

    • Minimum 21 years old
    • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
    • Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience with box trucks or commercial vehicles
    • Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
    • Able to lift 50 lbs alone 
    • Must pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening
    • DOT medical card may be required

    Successfully Pass:

    • Criminal Background Screen for Past 7 Years (National & Local)
    • 4 Panel Drug Screen 
    • Amazon Capacitation 3 Day only English class
