Job description

The Associate Dentist at Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry will work as a Primary Dentist in the practice and will perform all procedures that patients need starting from hygiene and restorative to endodontics and oral surgery. The Associate Dentist candidate will have a current Dental license in good standing and 0-2 years of experience working as a licensed Dentist. Job Duties: • Provide comprehensive dental exams and completes dental treatment for patients.

· Build rapport with patients to facilitate follow‐up appointments and additional treatment as recommended. • Build and maintain a recurring patient base, allowing for long term success. • Willingness to work 3 to 4 days a week • Actively participate in the Daily Morning Huddle to ensure a successful day • Maintain patient confidentiality as outlined by company guidelines for HIPAA compliance • Follow all Federal & State guidelines to include HIPAA, Medicaid compliance, OSHA and appropriate state Dental Board • Maintain technical and professional knowledge and certification.

Minimum Requirements: • DDS or DMD form an accredited dental school • Must be willing to work three to four 12-hour shifts • Be able to provide same day treatment • Excellent customer service skills/chairside manner and ability to build rapport quickly • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude • Strong oral and written communication skills • Intermediate computer skills including the ability to chart and take radiographs via digital software
