JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring the security of the loading docks, as well as the safe and efficient movement of product deliveries within the facilities.
This part time position will work 2-3 days per week in a job-share environment, where several staff members rotate through scheduled shifts. Anticipated work hours will vary to ensure adequate coverage. Weekday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend hours may be required for large events or game-day weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Enforce policies developed as part of the loading dock security program.
  • Manage daily operations of the Loading Dock check point, including visitors, contractors and all vehicles.
  • Manage and log vehicle activity in and out of the Lambeau Field Loading Dock.
  • Track movements of internal parcels using tracking system technology.
  • Assist with mail room operations, including interoffice deliveries.
  • Deliver large parcels and pallets using fork truck or hand truck.
  • Perform other security and shipping/receiving duties as needed.
  • Monitor radio for delivery updates and communication with departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Need to have a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must have a valid Wisconsin drivers license

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Position will require sustained periods of time standing and walking, receiving shipments on the loading dock, and moving the shipments to storage, etc.
  • Heavy physical effort will be required.
  • Able to perform routine lifting up to 50 lbs. or more.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
