By implementing conceptual data frameworks and developing marketing science solutions, The Associate Director, Data Science is a key partner for our client and internal teams. In this role, you will show thought leadership in bringing innovative data science methodologies that answer our client's marketing and strategy questions.

Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in data science, analytics, or marketing science within an agency, consulting, or technology environment
  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, causal inference, and experimental design
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R; experience with distributed systems or large-scale data processing preferred
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and incrementality measurement
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP: BigQuery, Looker, DataProc) and deploying data science solutions
  • Strong understanding of modern AI/ML approaches and their practical applications
  • Proven ability to connect data science solutions to business outcomes and client value
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing and developing data science talent
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for a range of audiences
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving environments

 Compensation Range: USD $112,290.00 - USD $161,280.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
