Position Summary
Conducts developmental assessments, develops individualized program plans, and provides Occupational Therapy for infants and toddlers within the context of established Early Intervention practices such as Routines-Based and Home-Based Coaching interventions.
Reports to the Associate Director of Early Intervention.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the achievement of children and family outcomes through evidence-based Early Intervention practices.
  • Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team in assessing the development of children across all developmental domains.
  • Conduct assessments, identify strengths and needs, and make recommendations for Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes and interventions.
  • Establish rapport and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Maintain communication with the Associate Director of Early Intervention and Vice President as needed.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and within designated Early Intervention timeframes.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and county Early Intervention regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as HIPAA requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • At least one year of experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in an Early Intervention setting preferred.
  • Must meet Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearance requirements prior to providing services.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and properly insured vehicle available for daily use.
