We’re filling this role for a client - A global wellness company delivering best in class content and equipment to unlock total well-being.

The Opportunity

The Director, Product Management is responsible for overseeing the development and management of new and/ or enhanced fitness products and services within the company. This individual needs to be innovative, results-driven, and collaborative in order to create and drive the successful launch of our fitness products.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute product development strategies that align with company goals, target audience, and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and launch new fitness products and services, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the successful launch of new products and to create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Engage in market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Work with the engineering and design teams to ensure that new products are technically feasible, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.
  • Manage the product development budget and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of product development projects.
Who You Are
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fitness products and services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer needs, and product performance data.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
