Job description

This role is for a key member of a growing Strategic Sourcing and Real Estate organization. Strategic thinking and strong analytical, reporting and communication skills are necessary to develop, manage and deliver a reporting and analytics function that both informs executive management and drives strategic decisions for the company. This role is responsible for growing an analytics function and a top-level reporting practice withing Broadridge, while managing the data management platforms and related processes, for all buy-side contracts and property leases. The leader stepping into this role will participate in key projects, including category planning, system implementations and performance reporting. Key stakeholders will be global and at all levels of management, business groups, and functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong data capabilities that can be used to develop compelling procurement and real estate strategies and recommendations, and drive informed decisions
  • Own the reporting and analytics function for real estate capacity and all global leases and buy-side contracting
  • Prepare and present business cases that would be submitted to BR leadership for approval
  • Develop financial models that forecast business outcomes
  • Measure financial risk associated with investment decisions
  • Create alternative reports and scorecards that measure performance, productivity, efficiency, savings, and compliance
  • Study industry-specific business trends and research data to support decision making process
  • Administrate data platforms for contracting and leasing, with ownership of and responsibility for key associated processes, controls, reporting and analysis.
  • Evaluate historical and current leases, contracts, and other data to understand key trends
  • Work together with Legal, Real Estate, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management, and across all business and functional teams
  • Leverage Zycus iAnalyze platform to support strong data controls
  • Participate in special infrastructure-building projects, as needed
  • Review and educate end users on policy requirements
  • Supports department training and development program initiatives
  • Develops strong relationships with all key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Innovative and analytical thinker, with expert problem-solving skills
  • Strong quantitative skills, with proven financial modeling skills
  • Strong leader with team management experience and proven track record of developing and articulating team vision and/or functional strategy, and executing against it
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, and working with databases, software/cloud applications, ex. Power BI, Tableau
  • Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
  • Lease and contract management knowledge and experience required
  • Team player, with commitment to excellent customer service and innate ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles is a plus
  • Experience with managing CLM systems, specifically Zycus is a plus
  • Highest levels of ethics and integrity
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, supply chain or other business field (Also, Systems, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics) MBA is preferred.
  • 7-10 plus years' experience in financial analysis, preferably in a contracting, procurement or, legal related function

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $140,000.00- $165,000.00 USD.
