Salary: Up to $160K DOE What You Will Do: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our company's vision and business goals. Lead and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Analyze and understand market trends and talent acquisition best practices, refining strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data to inform and optimize future strategies.
