Blue Stone Therapy is excited to expand outpatient therapy services in Rochester, MN, and we're looking for a Director of Outpatient Therapy to lead and support our growing team!
At Blue Stone Therapy, clinical care is at the center of what we do. Our leadership team includes experienced rehabilitation professionals who understand the importance of supporting therapists, delivering quality patient outcomes, and building strong therapy programs.
This opportunity offers the best of both worlds - continuing to provide patient care while serving as a clinical leader within an established outpatient setting.
What You'll Do
As the Director of Outpatient Therapy, you will maintain an active patient caseload while serving as the primary therapy leader on-site. You will help support daily operations, promote a positive team culture, and serve as a liaison between the therapy team, facility leadership, and Blue Stone Therapy leadership.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing occupational, physical, or speech therapy services in accordance with professional standards and physician orders
  • Supporting day-to-day therapy operations and workflow coordination
  • Assisting with scheduling, caseload management, and therapy program organization
  • Promoting a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture
  • Supporting onboarding, mentoring, and development of therapy team members
  • Partnering with facility leadership and Blue Stone Therapy leaders to support quality outcomes and operational success
  • Monitoring compliance with documentation, regulatory, and payer requirements
  • Helping identify opportunities to enhance therapy services and patient satisfaction
  • Serving as a resource for therapists, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
