Job description

Job Duties:

  • Lead the enterprise and regional rollout of Longevity and AI enablement programs, translating organizational strategy into actionable site- and regional-level workflows.
  • Maintain the enterprise Consumer Health & AI Playbook, covering clinical intake, front-desk workflows, product guidelines, vendor coordination, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to design best-practice patient journeys, standardized launch checklists, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Direct and mentor a team of Consumer Health Field Trainers, establishing field coaching cadences, site visitation schedules, and individual accountability metrics.
  • Oversee the development of standardized training modules, front-desk scripting, job aids, patient consent protocols, and "Train-the-Trainer" frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent instructional delivery across all outpatient imaging centers and regional operations.
  • Lead multi-region and site-level performance tracking, monitoring attachment rates, Longevity volume, conversion metrics, and consent compliance, driving performance against budgeted volume, adoption, and revenue targets in partnership with Operations and regional leadership.
  • Produce standardized scorecards and deliver executive summaries and strategic recommendations to regional directors and executive leadership.
  • Identify underperforming centers or regional workflow bottlenecks, deploying field trainers to execute targeted corrective action plans.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Deliver timely, constructive feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing performance issues when needed.
  • Assess staffing requirements and partner with HR to recruit, hire, and seamlessly onboard new employees.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative, patient first-driven workplace culture that reflects the company's mission and vision, with a focus on engagement and retention.
  • Make strategic, well-justified decisions in alignment with organizational policies and objectives.
  • Direct operational, budgetary, and financial activities within area of responsibility.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations, clinical practice management, or healthcare product/program rollout.
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional enablement or training initiatives across multiple regions.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel regionally and enterprise-wide as needed (up to 30-40%).
