Job description

Position Summary
The Outpatient Imaging Director is responsible for the strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory oversight of multiple off-site, multi-modality imaging centers across the health system. This leader ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered imaging services while optimizing access, throughput, workforce engagement, equipment utilization, and financial performance. The Director collaborates closely with radiologists, hospital leadership, physician practices, and support departments to advance service line growth, standardization, and operational excellence across all outpatient imaging locations.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related clinical specialty. Current certification in Radiologic Technology, registered with the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Experience: Minimum of five years clinical imaging experience. Minimum of 3 years direct supervisory or management experience required.
Preferred Certifications: Current Basic Life Support certification.
Must have a valid NC Drivers license with good driving history.
