Empowered Staffing is partnered with a fast-growing consulting firm that works with organizations across the long-term care industry to improve operations, clinical performance, and overall facility success. The company has built a strong reputation in the space and is backed by an experienced and highly successful executive team with deep expertise in skilled nursing and senior care. 

Currently, the company is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead both the clinical and operational performance of a skilled nursing facility in Alabaster, AL. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight of all clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor quality measures and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and regulatory performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Partner with nursing leadership to develop and implement clinical best practices.
  • Support survey readiness and lead corrective action planning as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility while providing guidance and support to the Administrator.
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care.
  • Previous experience overseeing clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality measures, and survey processes.
  • Previous multi-site or regional leadership experience within skilled nursing or post-acute care (preferred).
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management and reimbursement processes.
