Job description

ROLE SUMMARY

Our Global Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team provides comprehensive blueprints for cybersecurity excellence by embedding governance, risk management, and compliance into every layer. The team is responsible for ensuring risk-based decision-making is used and that security, privacy, and regulatory compliance is integrated seamlessly with Pfizer's organization.

This role will collaborate with Digital partners (under the direction of senior Digital CGR colleagues) to ensure Digital services and solutions are planned, designed, deployed, operated, and supported in a manner which meets Digital general controls and regulatory requirements.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will have the following responsibilities, but will often act under the support and direction of a senior GRC colleague:

  • Deliver risk management and compliance services to assigned Digital lines
  • Participate in routine reporting to assigned Digital lines on the state of compliance
  • Review and approve Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables or change management deliverables
  • Support completion of Solution Profiles; Confirm/Approve Solution Profiles, as GRC representative
  • Assure compliance requirements are met and approve deviations, where applicable
  • Assure audit/inspection awareness and preparedness
  • Support audits and inspections of Digital (prior, during, and post); Work with Digital customers on the remediation of audit/inspection commitments and tracking of remediation status
  • Support the monitoring of Digital process execution to identify targeted continuous improvement efforts to improve operational process effectiveness and control execution
  • Assist with defined compliance strategic projects/initiatives, and manage the associated records and activity tracking
  • Support multiple compliance related projects and initiatives simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualifications:

Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree required; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience

Experience and Skills:

Experience working through a highly matrixed organization to support and drive key initiatives

Excellent Communication skills, capable of succinctly defining the problem and delivering options for addressing potential compliance gaps

Excellent stakeholder management skills and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Work Location Assignment:Hybrid

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,600.00 to $114,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
