Job description

The Digital Marketing Analyst's goal is to help develop and implement well thought out and strategic marketing plans for Email Marketing to generate Ecommerce and Brick & Mortar sales. Success will be measured by return-on-investment metrics, as well as overall execution of the email marketing plan. This person will have an opportunity to launch various programs and have ownership over projects. This person will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with various cross functional teams including Digital Marketing, Digital Experience, Creative Marketing, IT, and Merchandising as well as outside partners and vendors.

Job Functions:

Channel Activation & Execution

  • Execute and support campaigns across Homepage, Email, SMS and Push, ensuring content is accurately built, targeted, scheduled and launched.

  • Translate marketing and promotional plans into channel-specific content and execution plans.

  • Support segmented and personalized experiences by activating defined audiences, content variations and customer journeys. Including AB test and learn.

  • Manage campaign setup and execution across multiple marketing and content management platforms.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and eCommerce teams to translate business priorities into effective digital content.

  • Support development of channel content plans and calendars across Homepage, Email, SMS and Push.

  • Recommend how content should be prioritized and adapted by channel based on customer needs, business priorities and channel best practices.

Quality Assurance & Executional Excellence

  • Own detailed QA of campaigns prior to launch, including content, links, offers, audience targeting, personalization, timing and customer experience.

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across channels while accounting for channel-specific requirements.

  • Troubleshoot executional issues and partner with appropriate teams to resolve them quickly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Creative, Merchandising, eCommerce, Marketing Planning, Analytics and Technology to deliver campaigns from planning through launch. Support last-minute business needs while maintaining accuracy and prioritizing against existing commitments.

  • Clearly communicate requirements, dependencies, timing and risks across teams.

  • Build strong working relationships across functions to align strategies and keep work moving.

Planning & Time Management

  • Manage multiple campaigns, channels and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Proactively identify timing or resource risks and escalate when needed.

  • Balance planned campaigns with emerging business needs and changing priorities.


Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, personalization, or digital analytics. Required

  • Strong understanding of Email, SMS and Push and how customer strategies work across owned channels. Required

  • Experience with A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality, and test-and-learn methodologies. Required

  • Demonstrated ability to move from insight opportunity activation learning scale., or customer journey orchestration platforms. Required

  • Industry experience: Retail eCommerce, consumer goods or direct to consumer. Required

  • Experience working with CRM, CDP, marketing automation or personalization platforms. Preferred

  • Industry experience: Retail Preferred


Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience with customer-centric design and personalization strategy.

  • Experience managing Email, SMS, Push Notification, Website Personalization, and Customer Data Platform ecosystems.

  • Experience using customer analytics and AI-driven capabilities to improve personalization relevance and business outcomes.

  • Track record of gaining collaboration and alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Experience balancing promotional, loyalty, lifecycle, and personalized communications within a unified customer contact strategy.

Pay Range

$58,000-$75,000

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
