Summary

CTC Group is seeking Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads while ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
  • Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
  • Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
  • Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
  • Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
  • Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
  • Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
  • Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools.
  • Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
  • Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities.
  • Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
  • Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
  • Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.

Level 1 Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Associate's degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Bachelor's degree or two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Master's degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Doctorate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.

Level 2 Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Master's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Doctorate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.

Level 3 Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Associate's degree plus ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Bachelor's degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Master's degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Doctorate degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience.

Level 4 Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Associate's degree plus thirteen (13) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Bachelor's degree or elven (11) years of relevant experience.
  • OR: Master's degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
