As theDevOps Engineer, you will be working closely with our development, security and IT teams to create fast, reliable and secure software by designing, implementing and maintaining our software infrastructure.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and share your DevOps expertise and best practices to our development and IT teams to create defined DevOp practices
  • Optimize and manage the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Own the networking, IAM, security groups, and infrastructure security within all software builds
  • Design, build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for automated software builds, tests, and deployments
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to build scalable, improve and refined deployments, and reduce lead times
  • Identify and automate processes, provisioning and configurations with tools like Terraform
  • Oversee and implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems to enhance system reliability and performance
  • Ensure all system security, compliance and best practices are present in all software environments with compliance to ISO 27001
  • Troubleshoot issues and bugs relating to infrastructure, deployments and production systems
  • Create, maintain and review technical documentation for infrastructure, pipelines and processes
  • 24/7 On-call support rotation required to support emergency troubleshooting


Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field / equivalent experience
  • Experience with CI/CD Tools tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven hands-on experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration like Docker
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
  • Expert scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana)
  • Experience working with backend Java services and database technologies (Postgres, NoSQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and implementation including: SAST/DAST tools, monitoring and proactive identification and mitigation
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functional teams
