: Hyve Solutions is seeking an Engineering Operations Lead to drive execution across engineering programs from new product introduction (NPI) through production ramp. This role is responsible for ensuring engineering deliverables are completed with speed, quality, and consistency, while collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing organizations to enable successful builds and scalable production.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of execution, and drives cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own execution of engineering deliverables across NPI, FAI, and production ramp
  • Drive alignment between engineering and manufacturing to ensure build readiness
  • Lead issue resolution across cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and improve execution metrics such as yield, cycle time, and schedule adherence
  • Drive clarity of ownership and ensure no gaps in responsibility across functions
  • Lead execution reviews, daily/weekly operations cadence, and leadership updates
  • Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including executive-level summaries and provide regular status updates and clear communication to leadership

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years in system, rack, or high-volume integration, test, manufacturing environments
    • Strong experience in NPI, FAI builds, and production ramp
    • Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
    • Hands-on experience in debugging, issue triage, or production problem-solving
    • Understanding of integration, manufacturing test, and manufacturing processes
  • Communication & Leadership Expectations
    • Communicate clearly and effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and customers
    • Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, including cross-functional organizations
    • Act as a technical leader and multiplier, elevating team capability and execution quality
    • Influence without authority, ensuring consistent execution and standards across sites

Compensation: $181,000 to $240,000
