RDE Capital Group is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based commercial real estate firm providing property management, brokerage, maintenance, HVAC, and related real estate services to multifamily and commercial property owners.
We are growing our platform and are seeking a driven, professional Business Development Associate – Commercial Real Estate to help expand RDE's presence throughout the DFW market.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious real estate professional to build relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and other commercial real estate professionals while developing a long-term career within a growing commercial real estate company.
The Opportunity
This is a new-business development role.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify new property owners, develop relationships with decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and help convert those relationships into new property management and commercial real estate business for RDE.
This is not an inbound sales position. The successful candidate must be comfortable prospecting, cold calling, networking, following up, and creating opportunities. If you enjoy developing relationships, competing for business, and being rewarded for measurable results, this position offers significant growth potential.
What You'll Do
● Prospect multifamily and commercial property owners throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
● Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, direct prospecting, and professional networking.

● Identify property owners, investors, developers, asset managers, and key decision-makers. ● Generate qualified property management opportunities. ● Schedule and conduct meetings with owners and investors. ● Develop relationships with brokers, lenders, attorneys, developers, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals. ● Assist with property management proposals and presentations. ● Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients. ● Identify potential brokerage, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and investment opportunities. ● Maintain an accurate pipeline and document all business development activity in RDE's CRM. ● Attend commercial real estate networking events and industry functions. ● Identify talented commercial real estate professionals who may be appropriate for future opportunities with RDE. ● Professionally represent the RDE Capital Group brand throughout the DFW commercial real estate community.
