Job description

      • Production Associate - 2nd Shift
        Sparks, NV | Full-Time | $20+/hr (with shift differential)

        Via Seating is hiring Production Associates for our 2nd Shift team!If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends-this could be a great fit.

        Shift Schedule:
        Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
        Overtime on Fridays as needed

        Pay:
        Starting at $19.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
        Higher starting pay possible depending on experience


        What You'll Do:
        Build commercial seating products across multiple production areas
        Work in cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery, and assembly
        Follow standard work to ensure quality and efficiency
        Rotate across skill areas and grow your capabilities over time
        Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

        Ability to perform moderate physical work throughout the shift
