Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to support Enterprise Growth Compliance functions within the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) division. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Appian workflow applications, including integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Appian application development, process modeling, integrations, and performance optimization. This role requires the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable workflow solutions, and maintain clear technical and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.

  • Build and enhance workflow capabilities to support compliance and legal business processes.

  • Develop process models, interfaces, records, reports, integrations, and business rules in Appian.

  • Create and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Web APIs and external service connections.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Appian applications.

  • Optimize Appian applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Perform root cause analysis for application issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Maintain proper documentation for application design, process flows, integrations, and technical changes.

  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Support testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Appian application development.
