  • Mentor and develop designers through clear, constructive feedback that develops designers' skills and judgment, while fostering an open environment where questions and exploration are encouraged.

  • Coach designers through thoughtful questioning that challenges them to critically examine their design decisions, building their ability to communicate and advocate for their choices with confidence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a design advocate when collaborating with other teams on their requests.

  • Represent the design team's perspective and standards in cross-functional conversations, balancing creative integrity with business needs.

  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify project scope and build strong working relationships that align on requirements and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional design experience.

  • 2+ years of management or team-leadership experience.

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital marketing, branding, web design, and print.

  • Deep understanding of foundational design principles, typographic skills, layout, and concept development, with an exceptional eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and feedback skills, with a coaching and collaborative approach.

  • Expertise in adapting design ideas across multiple platforms.

  • A self-starter who actively seeks opportunities for innovation with our designs and brand standards.

  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising fundamentals, with the ability to apply corporate branding requirements consistently.

  • Solid problem-solving skills.
