Job description

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise SharePoint platforms and related integrations to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint 2019 On-Premises, SharePoint Online, migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online, Nintex, and StoragePoint.The role will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, development and configuration, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable SharePoint solutions. This is a 6-month contract position based in Carbondale, IL, with the flexibility to work remotely.


  • Must have 2+ years of relevant IT/business experience or an Associate degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint 2019 On-Premises.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online.
  • Proven experience migrating to SharePoint On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online.
  • Hands-on experience with Nintex.
  • Hands-on experience with StoragePoint.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration, development, configuration, and technical support.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
