Job Title: Russian Nurse Instructor
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11223
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (35 hours/week)
Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of extension)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual Russian-English Registered Nurse Instructor to lead training and evaluation programs for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role is responsible for ensuring home care paraprofessionals meet New York State Department of Health (DOH) standards through structured training and competency assessments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English, DOH-approved to teach, and have experience in both home care services and paraprofessional education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and coordinate DOH-compliant HHA and PCA training programs, including orientation, in-services, refreshers, and skill competency evaluations.

  • Develop training materials and lesson plans using various instructional methods: lectures, group sessions, demos, and multimedia tools.

  • Assess trainee progress through written and practical evaluations; provide feedback and guidance to improve performance.

  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with Education Manager to update training curricula based on latest guidelines and quality standards.

  • Provide regular reports, metrics, and evaluations to the administrative team.

  • Perform administrative duties, including using MS Office for documentation, scheduling, and communication.

Qualifications:
