We're looking for a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting business operations.


As General Accountant, you will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting daily accounting operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Create sales orders and prepare invoices for parts-related customer orders
  • Process inventory transactions, generate inventory reports, and coordinate periodic physical inventory counts
  • Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales tax returns
  • Ensure timely completion of internal and external financial reporting requirements
  • Reconcile company credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies
  • Analyze financial data by creating spreadsheet reports and validating data accuracy
  • Prepare and post system-generated general ledger entries
  • Maintain and track company fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
  • Reconcile fixed assets, employee receivables, prepaid expenses, and other assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Manage bookkeeping and coordinate facility-related accounting activities for company real estate entities
  • Research and resolve accounting questions while providing timely follow-up on outstanding issues
  • Assist the Accounts Payable and Accounting team as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with cost accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent data entry and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
