REQUIREMENTS

IP litigation experience, including district court patent cases, ITC matters, and/or PTAB proceedings.

Background in science and technology, ideally with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.

Prior experience with complex technologies (wireless communications, semiconductors, software, consumer electronics, etc.) is advantageous.

Demonstrated keen interest in both team collaboration and advanced legal problem-solving.

Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the application is submitted.
