POSITION                               
Director of Business and Financial Services
Position #2101                                               

RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the administrative supervision of the Prevention Division Director, the Director of Business and Financial Services is responsible for the management of the Prevention annual budget and performance contract, prepares and develops budgets for grant proposals, compiling and analyzing statistical data for the division, and providing administrative support to the Director of Prevention Services and Prevention Program Managers in fiscal activities such as budget maintenance, grant budget proposals, completing surveys, planning documents, contracts, memos, reports, and other clerical support. Serves as liaison between Prevention and the Administrative Divisions of Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, and Information Systems concerning personnel, finance, information technology, and electronic health care system, and other matters. Supervises the Support Services Coordinator and is responsible for administrative support functions for the Prevention Services Division.  Monitors Prevention staff ADP timecards and payroll allocations by pay period and monthly. Plans own work with administrative consultation and considerable latitude for decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Bachelor’s Degree in a business, accounting, or finance-related field with two years of experience in a business management position (preferably a non-profit public sector environment) that includes responsibilities in accounting, budget preparation, and computer applications in data management
OR
Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support Technology or related field, with business math and accounting courses required, with 5 years of experience in a business management position (preferably a non-profit or government/public sector environment) that includes responsibilities in accounting, budget preparation, and computer applications in data management

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.  Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
