Job description

This posting is to create a pool of interested applicants from which the department may draw as sections become open at any point during the academic year. This posting may or may not result in hiring, dependent on our current needs, but we will keep applications on file. We are seeking adjunct instructors for the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Cameron University in Duncan and/or Lawton.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adjuncts holding this position may teach a maximum of 9 credit hours a semester. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

For courses in baccalaureate programs, a Master’s Degree in the field of instruction is required. In some student success Math courses, a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in the field can establish eligibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree in the appropriate field and significant teaching experience.

SALARY:  

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
