Clinical Therapists:

Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Clinicians with MA, CAGS, MSW, LCSW, LMHC-A, LCDP are eligible. Clinicians with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT strongly preferred and encouraged to apply or attend!

Knowledge of child development, therapeutic techniques/interventions with children and their families required, experience with all demographics in ABA and CBT/DBT training, and substance use therapy. Prior experience in educational setting and multidisciplinary team preferred.

Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Case Managers/Housing Stabilization Case Managers: Associate's degree in Human Services or related field required. Bachelors degree from accredited College or University preferred.

Residential Case Managers: High School Diploma or GED. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience in Human Services Field preferred.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.

NURSES - LPNs and RNs:

Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from accredited College or University preferred.

Rhode Island Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact License required.

Experience in Human Services or Outpatient setting preferred.

Experience working with psychiatric and substance use disorder patients also a plus.

Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Peer Recovery/Support Specialist positions eligible for $2,000 retention bonus.

Case Manager, Residential Case Manager, and Substance Use Specialist (BA/BS) positions eligible for $2,500 retention bonus.

Clinical Therapist and Registered Nurse (QMHP) positions eligible for $5,000 retention bonus.
