Position Summary

The NX Compliance Ops Associate supports the daily operations of the Compliance team by

maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with compliance workflows, supporting audits and

reporting activities, and partnering with operational leaders to ensure adherence to internal policies,

regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. This entry-level role plays a key part in

promoting compliance excellence, maintaining data integrity, improving operational efficiency, and

supporting continuous process improvement across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

Execute daily compliance-related tasks and operational support activities.

Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.

Support internal audits, reporting, and compliance tracking initiatives.

Requirements

Education Requirements

Coursework or certification in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, healthcare

administration, or regulatory compliance is a plus.

Benefits

FT position with a base pay of 23.50 per hour. All part-time and full-time employees accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Full-time employees may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances.
