Position Description Summary:
The Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), an independent non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University (GWU), seeks a general neurologist.This non-tenure track appointment will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant or Associate Professor) and salary commensurate with experience. This position is expected to begin as early as Spring 2025.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing patient care and teaching students and residents in classroom and clinical settings. Maintaining an active research program is highly encouraged.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or equivalent required. Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, have completed fellowship training, and be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment.
Advertised Salary:
$225,000 - $275,000
