Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist (MLS/MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) โ€“ Florida

Facility: Hospital based clinical laboratory within a regional healthcare system.

Shift: Multiple shifts available: days, evenings, nights Additional shift options may be available upon request.

Job Summary: This role performs laboratory analysis on patient specimens to support diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention. Responsibilities include conducting testing across various laboratory disciplines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting overall lab operations. The technologist or technician contributes to reliable clinical information used by providers throughout the health system.

Position Requirements: Florida laboratory license (or ability to obtain) Associate Degree in Science OR Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Science Previous laboratory experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced clinical environment
