Position Title: Finance Manager
Location: Portland, OR
Work Arrangement: On-site
Position Summary
We're looking for a highly analytical finance professional with strong revenue and billing experience. This hybrid role supports financial reporting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and ensures billing and revenue accuracy. The ideal candidate can translate financial details into clear insights for division leaders and partner cross-functionally across FP&A, Accounting, and Billing.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance explanations
  • Support budgets, forecasts, and scenario modeling
  • Validate billing accuracy and ensure proper revenue recognition
  • Explain billed vs recognized revenue differences to business leaders
  • Partner with division leads on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Improve financial processes, reporting, and systems

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years in FP&A and/or Accounting
  • Strong financial modeling + Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling),
  • Financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606 preferred)
  • Experience reviewing billing and contract terms
  • Excellent communication and business partnership skills

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting

Clearance Level Required: No clearance required.

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
