Job Title: Associate, Program Financeย 

Job Description:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support cash application process through research and reconciliations

Qualifications:

ย  ย  ย  To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related fieldย or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with SAP
