Overview

To perform all aspects of payroll bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

Process payroll, including calculating wages, overtime, and holiday pay for all employees.

Manage and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.

Prepare and distribute paychecks or establish direct deposit payments for employees.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee hours, wages, and payroll history.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

Respond to employee questions and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payroll and compensation.

Assist with payroll-related reporting, audits, and tax filings, including W-2s and 1099s.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree in Finance or Accounting.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 2 years of work experience preferred.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
