About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to support mission-critical programs in a cleared environment. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and platform integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem (ServiceNow is a vehicle to hold the data, all analysis is done in Tableau for Visualization) to deliver actionable insights for government and intelligence stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions in a classified environment
* Build and integrate data science solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and workflow automation
* Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and mission-relevant insights
* Collaborate with government, intelligence, and internal technical teams to translate mission requirements into scalable analytics solutions
* Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making via Tableau
* Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and classified handling requirements
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications Required Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement
* Professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical role
* Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; or Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
* Familiarity with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development
* Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
* Ability to work effectively in a classified, on-site environmentPreferred Qualifications * ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or Performance Analytics) * Familiarity with development in JavaScript
Details Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
