Job description

Summary College Park, GA. Analyze and report data from ERP, utility, and other enterprise systems to support City departments. Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SQL and business intelligence tools.

Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple systems.Perform data mining, trend analysis, and data quality monitoring. Develop and maintain automated reporting and data-processing solutions using scripting tools such as Python. Support testing and optimization of reporting-related system enhancements

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions. Acts as a liaison between City staff, vendors, and IT teams to ensure reporting needs are met. Strong SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, DAX or Tableau.

Experience using scripting or programming languages (such as Python) to automate data processing and reporting. Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, utility billing, permitting, or work-order platforms (e.g., New World ERP, NorthStar Utility, SageGov, or similar systems). Experience working with high-volume transactional data and developing audit and compliance reports

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Bioinformatics or related field. 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
