As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design, build, and support scalable software solutions that power Slide's insurance platform. You'll collaborate with crossfunctional teams, influence technical direction, and help elevate engineering best practices across the organization.What You'll Do

Software Development & Design

  • Design, develop, and customize platform modules, core functionality, and business logic
  • Write clean, testable, scalable, and efficient code using modern .NET technologies
  • Translate product and business requirements into welldesigned technical solutions
  • Create clear technical documentation, diagrams, and code comments

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with product, engineering, and distributed delivery teams to share best practices
  • Assist delivery teams with design, code, usability, and technical challenges
  • Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Quality, Scale & Support

  • Support production environments, including highseverity issue resolution and performance optimization
  • Identify problem areas, refactor solutions, reduce technical debt, and improve scalability
  • Follow agile development practices and modern SDLC methodologies (TDD, CI/CD)

Leadership & Mentorship
