Own the showroom. As the public face of Butler Honda, you’ll turn curiosity into confidence for guests shopping Civic, Accord, CR-V/CR-V Hybrid, HR-V, Pilot, Passport, Odyssey, Ridgeline, and the latest Honda hybrid/EV offerings. You’ll master our policies and process, handle tough situations with empathy and tact, and keep the floor presentation razor-sharp so every guest experience feels first-class.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet, qualify, and guide every guest to the right Honda—explain trims (Sport, EX/EX-L, Touring/Elite), packages, and value props (reliability, resale).

  • Demonstrate tech with authority: Honda Sensing® (CMBS, RDM, ACC, LKAS), Apple CarPlay®/Android Auto™, connected services, Maintenance Minder, warranty/coverage.

  • Operate the deal desk accurately: take deposits, process payments, complete docs, and balance your drawer at close without discrepancies.

  • Crush goals for units, PVR, CSI, finance products, accessories, and protection plans.

  • Direct traffic seamlessly—test drives, delivery bays, service, and parts—so every handoff is clear and fast.

  • Drive in-store sales: high-tempo follow-up (phone/text/email), pipeline management in CRM, and disciplined appointment setting.

  • Maintain superior product knowledge—new model updates, hybrid/EV basics and charging, competitive comparisons.

  • Keep the floor flawless: vehicles merchandised, pricing/menu boards current, signage aligned to promos, and delivery area spotless.

  • Resolve complaints within policy—listen, empathize, solve, and follow through to five-star outcomes.

  • Cross-sell F&I products, accessories, and service plans to elevate value on every deal.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or Associate’s degree.

  • Retail sales experience (automotive a plus; top retail performers encouraged).

  • Professional appearance and communication; team-first mindset.

  • Relentless customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

  • Read/write/basic math proficiency; solid computer/CRM skills.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
